La Petite Maison Allonnaise is a small 40 m² house in the centre of Allonnes, steps from the shops. An 8-minute drive north of Saumur, it lies between market gardens and the wine route. It sleeps up to 4 and suits a couple with children. Upstairs, the attic bedroom has low ceilings, 2 single beds (90 × 200 cm) and 1 double bed (140 × 200 cm). There is one bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, portable air conditioning, a fan, electric heating and a washing machine. For families: a cot, a high chair on request, and shared children's toys and books. 5 vintage bicycles are available for an additional fee. Self check-in is available via a key safe. Outside, you have access to a courtyard, a shared garden, a communal playground and a private barbecue. One parking space is available on site in the courtyard, which is shared and partly private. Street parking is also available. One pet is welcome for an additional fee. Events are not allowed. Please note: video surveillance covers the rear of the house, an area guests cannot access without permission. The hosts live on site, but not in the accommodation you book. They will gladly recommend local specialities and nearby attractions, such as Saumur Castle and the Cadre Noir de Saumur. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.
